Our returns policy gives you 14 days to return or exchange an item purchased online with valid proof of purchase. If 14 days have passed from the date of purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Our return policy does not affect your statutory rights. To the extent that any provision of our Return Policy conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights will take precedence and any provision in violation of our Return Policy will be deemed inapplicable.
Returns (refunds and exchanges)
If you are not satisfied with the goods you have purchased, please let us know. Our return policy gives you 14 days to return or exchange an item purchased online with valid proof of purchase. If 14 days have passed from the date of purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
In order for goods to be returned or exchanged, they must be returned in a resaleable condition. This means that the goods must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. The goods must be in their original packaging and must be returned with any accessories, labels and “free gifts” or additional items. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return or exchange.
Please do not send the goods to the address given on the product packaging. Send an email to email@example.com and we will provide you with the correct address for your refund.
Returns (if applicable)
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will send you an e-mail notifying you that we have received the returned goods. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and the funds will be automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 calendar days. If you have paid for standard delivery of goods, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded.
Late or missing returns (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please recheck your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company – it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. It often takes a while for the refund to be posted.
